Arpine Hovhannisyan (Armenian: Արփինե Աշոտի Հովհաննիսյան; born 4 Dec 1983) is an Armenian mp, lawyer, former Minister of Helping hand of Armenia, and former profligacy president of the National Meeting of Armenia.
